LEONARD CAMP GRAVES REGISTRATION OFFICER
Jerome “Jerry” Orton

As with most Heritage organizations; (Sons of the American Revolution, Sons of Confederate Veterans,
Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War) our Fathers, Grandfathers, Great Grandfathers, etc.. are long since deceased.
To see that their resting places are remembered this project was begun to attempt to locate and see to the care of the Graves of the Veterans of the Spanish American War, Philippine Insurrection, and China Relief Expedition,
that lie buried within the states of:
Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
If you know of the location of the Grave of a Veteran of one of these conflicts and would like to notify us please contact the Webmaster with the information requested above. The list of the names assembled will be sent to the Spanish American War Gravesite Recording Project for the online listing, and the written documentation will be kept in the Camp Archives for future reference.
If you can include a photo of the Grave with the information that you sent it would be greatly appreciated, as it will help if the headstone should be replaced or repaired.
